Could your business survive losing you for a week?
If the passwords, accounts, and know-how live in one person’s head, one bad day — a lost laptop, a locked account, an illness — can stop everything. The Security & Continuity Audit finds every single point of failure and leaves you with a written recovery plan you own.
What you walk away with
A complete access inventory
Every account, password, device, and service your business depends on — found, listed, and organized in one secure place.
A written recovery plan
Plain-language, step-by-step instructions for getting back in and keeping the business running — usable by you or someone you trust, not just a technician.
You own everything
The inventory and the plan are yours — no subscription, no dependence on us. We work ourselves out of the picture on purpose.
Who it’s for
- Small businesses where the logins live in one person’s head
- Solo owners and family businesses without an IT department
- Anyone who has thought “if I got locked out, I’m not sure what I’d do”
- Owners planning ahead — a handoff, a sale, or just peace of mind
How it works
- A free 30-minute call to check it’s a good fit and get you ready
- One focused 2–3 hour session together — nothing is changed while we’re in it
- Your inventory and recovery plan, written up and delivered within 3 business days
- A follow-up call to walk through everything with you
What you’ll need on hand
- Your usual computer, and your phone next to it (for login codes)
- Whoever knows the logins, for the whole session
- Access to the email your accounts use for password resets
- A rough list of your banks, website, insurers, and key subscriptions
$750, flat
Fixed scope, one price, no surprises. If the audit turns up work worth doing — backups, account cleanup, safer setups — we’ll say so in writing with its own quote, and it’s always your call. No pressure, ever.

Is this a fit?
Built for owner-run businesses up to about ten people, in one location. Bigger than that, or handling patient or card data? Ask — we’ll tell you honestly and quote it properly rather than force a flat price that doesn’t fit.
What this isn’t
- Not a hacking test or vulnerability scan
- Not a compliance audit or certification
- Not a backup or password-manager setup — we find the gap; fixing it is a separate, quoted step
Questions people ask
Will you see my passwords?
No. We write down where each login lives and how you’d get back in — never the password itself. Your passwords stay with you, ideally in a password manager you control.
Do you change anything during the session?
No. No passwords reset, no accounts moved, nothing installed. We find and write down where things live. If the audit turns up fixes worth making, you get a separate written quote — and it’s always your call.
What happens if something happens to you?
Nothing breaks. You own everything we leave you. There’s no subscription, and no system of ours that has to keep running for your plan to work.
Is this a subscription?
No. One flat fee, one session, and a written plan that’s yours. If you ever want ongoing help, that’s a separate conversation — and only if you ask.
What happens to my information afterwards?
We keep an encrypted copy of your final documents for up to seven years, in case you ever need a copy, and then destroy it. Working notes are deleted once you’ve accepted the plan. It’s all spelled out in the one-page agreement you see before we start.
Is my business too small for this?
It’s built for owner-run businesses of about one to ten people. The smaller the business, the more of it tends to run through one person.
Can you do it remotely?
Yes. We can sit down with you in person where we serve, or work by screen share from anywhere — the session works the same either way.
Ask about the audit
Tell us a little about your business — a sentence or two is plenty. We’ll reply with how the audit works and answer any questions. No obligation.
Not sure if this fits your business? Just ask.
A short phone call is enough to tell whether the audit would help. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so plainly.
