β What you need
- The portal name from your clinic (such as MyChart) or pharmacy
- The username and password you created (or the sign-up letter they gave you)
Step by step
- Open the portal. Your clinic gives you the exact website or app name to use.
- Tap Sign In and enter your username and password. Click Sign In and enter your username and password.
- If it's your first time, choose Sign Up or Activate and follow the steps, using the code from your clinic letter.
- Tap the menu to find Messages, Test Results, Appointments, or Prescriptions. Use the menu to find Messages, Test Results, Appointments, or Prescriptions.
- To refill a prescription, open Prescriptions or Medications and choose Refill.
